The initial consultation is free of charge. A friendly and knowledgeable Landscape Columbus team member will meet with you in person to plan and design your next project using the best practices, products, and equipment at an affordable price. The site assessment usually occurs at the time of the initial consultation. We try to gain insight of the particulars you would like to see implemented into your outdoor living design. In this phase, we gather critical landmarks, grades, and measurements, as well as any drainage issues that might need to be addressed. Once identified, we consider the existing architecture and any grading needed to guarantee consistency and flow.
The Conceptual Design
We liken this phase to the rough draft; it’s nice but warrants your approval. Most, if any, alterations will transpire at this point. The 3D drawing will convey existing architecture, integrating new construction elements and other ideas discussed during the site assessment.
The Final Design
This phase contains the final design, along with all corresponding projections. Here the schedule, scope, and budget are solidified. The Installation Here, we thoroughly brief on the plan. Site leads will always have access to a 2D drawing that depicts proper scale, material, and procedures.
